A blend of carefully selected coffee beans, selected and roasted to be the bast you can find in a cup of coffee you could drink in the bar or at home. The first important step is the selection of the raw beas through accurate tests made by a panel of experts under Alberto Molinari's supervision. When a coffee variety is found to be suitable for the Cinque Stelle blend, it is given a star as an identification mark. Once the research has been completed and all the Five Stars requirements for taste, quality and variety have been found, a batch number is created, aimed at guaranteeing the constant quality and traceability of the product over a period of time.
